today is hari raya haji. and i celebrated it here, in dungun, with my family. it's quite dull though. never mind. hari raya haji is all about sacrifice. heheh. it's a celebration to remember the sacrifice made by nabi ibrahim a.s and his son, nabi ismail a.s .

fyi, i woke up very early this morning. nak tolong mak masak punya pasal. heheheh * smug~ mom made us some garlic rice with corns sprinkled on it plus beef meat cooked with black pepper sauce and hp sauce. huhuh. i must say these dishes are very delicious. menjilat jari!

this morning, i watched MHI as usual. huah. kali ini ada ally iskandar.*heart2~ the host, fitri and wardina read the articles in the newspaper and of course there's must be a lot of articles about hari raya haji and sacrifice. and one article did attract my attention. its about sacrificial of bad habits and feelings. that's totally true. korbankan sifat buruk yang ada dalam diri kita! :)

buang yang keruh ambil yang jernih.

and think about ourself and people around us. what have we done for Islam, for our religion, for our parents, for our family, for our people, for the world? Is it already enough? will you sacrifice things you loved the most for the sake of others especially when it comes to religion matters. hmm...kena musahabah tu~ and think about others sacrificing for us. all the things that parents did for us. i guess every parents sacrifice a lot of things for their children. their priority is children. as long as we happy, they are happy.

anyway, people who went for pilgrimage is already wukuf at Arafah. mom said its raining heavily there and banjir. and she said, it is a form of hikmah and obstacles for the people there. first, Allah wants to test their iman, their patience as they are now at His place doing hajj. how much they can endure His obstacle without complaining. secondly, this is to prevent the h1n1 virus from spreading. the rain can cleanse out the virus in the air and settled down on the ground. Masya Allah. Ar Rahman loves His servants who have faith upon Him and follow His command.

After jumaat prayer, we went to nenek's home at Kuala Terengganu. Nothing much to be told here. just had chitchats with the relatives and then we went home. that's all. that's how my raya day ended. on the way back, we went to Giant and Mydin for a while. bought some groceries and dinner. hey, the chicken sold at Mydin is quite nice.

haaa, i remembered one thing when me, my mom and dad chatted in the car. i asked her whether i can marry a 'mat salleh' with blonde hair, blue eyes who is way too tall for me. lol. she said, if it's jodoh she cant say anything. hahaha. does that means i got the green light to marry omputih? so my wish will come true. I wanna have a child with blue eyes and blonde hair like his/her father. awwww so cute. Adoringly looking at me and blinks his eyes, asking for something from me. huhuh. BERANGAN SUNGGUH! hahah. korang jangan terkejut kalau saya balik dari Aussie berkepit dengan mat salleh kat sebelah. lol.
